Our intention is always to let PredictTheScore run itself. We don't want to moderate or censor blog posts, blog comments, team names or profile pictures and members should feel free
to debate and express themselves on the site. However, we would appreciate it if members to adhere, where possible, to the following guidelines - we do reserve the right to remove or edit
without warning material that contravenes these guidelines. The determination of what is construed as indecent, vulgar, spam, etc. as noted in these guidelines is up to the PredictTheScore team.
In extreme circumstances (eg. persistent contravention of the guidleines) we may decide to delete your account.
Members should post in a way that is respectful of other users. Flaming or abusing other members is not appropriate. Not even if it's Phil or Bambos.
Members should remember this site is aimed at a general audience. Posting pornographic or generally offensive text, images, links, etc. will not be tolerated. Not even if it's really funny.
Members are asked to respect the copyright of other users, sites, media, etc. We don't like getting sued.
Posts should be of interest to people in general - if you have a specific issue ("Help, my login doesn't work!") it might be more appropriate to email us, rather than posting it on the blog for all to see.
Members should use an appropriate, descriptive subject when posting. Examples of bad subjects include: "Hello", "Jim United" (especially if that's your team name) etc. Examples of good subjects include: "Chelsea are rubbish!", "Gerrard to Man United?" or "I love PredictTheScore". But only if you can back your point up.
Spam is not tolerated here under any circumstance. This includes offering services, recruiting members for your own projects etc. unless specifically related to football and/or PredictTheScore. Although if you're that Nigerian prince who emailed me about the £32m you need to move, I've lost your email address - get in touch.
