Problems with Scorer Selection for Midweek Games

Hey Phil, hope all is well. just a quick query... at the weekend i only selected three scorers, preferring to leave two over for the midweek games when i would have more time to consider who to pick. but even though ive two more to pick technically for the 20 games, when i go into tonights fixtures it wont let me scroll through scorers. the two remaining scorer selection boxes have shrunk and when you click on them you get nothing. sorry to be a pain but any chance this can be sorted out?

The PTS season is divided into "Game Weeks". The goalscorers apply for the whole game week (usually 10 games but this week it's 20 games). Once a team has played in the game week, you can't pick their goalscorers. You should have picked all your scorers before the weekend - they would have counted for both the weekend games and the midweek games. If we let you pick (say) Torres now then you'd get points for the goals he'd already scored... that wouldn't be fair.Sorry.

okay, cheers Phil for getting back to me, thats my own stupidity really for not picking all my scorers. Mind you, it seems to suggest at present that goalscorers selected at the weekend have already played, so we do definitely get points if they score midweek? another thing worth pointing out, although dont worry too much, is that i picked Steven Gerrard to score on sunday, which was fine, but earlier today he disappeared from my selection, leaving me with just two scorers.

Hi Paolo,I'll fix the Gerrard thing for you. Sometimes the scorer selections can get screwed up if you re-submit scores and you have gaps in the scorer list...

aw thanks phil youre a star! appreciate that. he probably wont score but who knows? cheers. yeah, he was there this morning and then disappeared this afternoon, bit like his real self this season... looking forward to him banging in four tomorrow night...
