Sorry to ask again, but I would appreciate it if York City were added to "supported teams". For the past two seasons this has been done, would it be possible to have it again.
Thanks,
Ben

I'm a member of the league 'Botton Ultras' and before the last gameweek started i was second (in Botton Ultras), ahead of Huddlestone Unit's FC, now I'm behind him, despite scoring more in the gameweek.
Can you enlighten me?

Hello all. Am new to PredictTheScore (am a blow-in from the now defunct Guardian predo site) and am really enjoying it so far. the site is great, easy to use and, most importantly, fun. good job guys.
Just thought I would try to get a bit of banter and debate going by asking all you predictors out there who you think is the best value for points at the moment in the Predict The Scorer section.
Here's a few I thought were decent:
- Gareth Bale (4 points): shame he hit the post on Saturday, would have landed me some much needed points. Bizarrely, he is the same value as Michael Dawson.
- Steven Gerrard (3 points): not Stevie G's biggest fan, but the man gets goals. I expect his points value to drop pretty quickly...
- Darren Bent (3 points): he bangs them in all the time. Way more than his strike partner Danny Welbeck, who remarkably is valued at 1 point.
who else do you think is good value for points at the moment.....

New to the site this season having migrated from the defunct guardian game. Like what we see so far! Is there any way to set up a message board for our mini league?

If you're playing Prediction Championship, you may have fallen victim to a glitch in our fixture feed, which meant that the Nottingham Forest vs Leeds Utd game on Sunday temporarily disappeared from the fixture list. Looking at the predictions that have been made, this has affected, at most, 20 people but if that's you, you could be missing out on vital points. Make sure you check your predictions over the weekend, and update for that game if necessary.
Apologies for any inconvenience.

Where wil Arsenal finish this season? Will the Cesc saga have a negative impact on the team? Will Chamakh offer any hope for Arsenal fans? Will Arsene sign a new contract or will this be his last season??
For sure Arsenal fans will have lots of questions. We could be seeing lots of goals this season, if the recent Legia Warsaw game is anything to go by. Not sure what end they will be score in though...

Guess who's back?
Well, with the World Cup, we've hardly been away, but the new season is nearly upon us! Prediction Premiership (for the Premier League), Prediction Championship (for the Championship) and SuperScots (for the SPL) are all now LIVE at http://predictthescore.net.
You can set up your mini leagues, invite your friends and (if you're keen) make your predictions from now... all the action starts on August 6th when the Championship gets underway, with the top flight action in both England and Scotland following the week after. All the rules are under "How To Play" on the site... but you know the score by now(!)
Hope to see you this season - and good luck!

It's the first ever World Cup/Premier League Double! (although, to be fair, there aren't many places such a feat can be achieved). Yes.
Team Eamonn III have followed up their Prediction Premiership win by taking the second PTS World Cup crown as well!
Congratulations to Eamonn - just goes to show how important form is in this game...
Second place was taken by joint Golden Boot winner -
Invisible Bob (with an impressive 41 points, jointly held with 14h place
Mickchester), with PTS regular
V will rock u!!! taking third.
It's a shame we only get to do this every 4 years... but fear not, Prediction Premiership, Prediction Championship and SuperScots will all be back very very soon. Register and make your predictions from next weekend!
In the meantime, thanks to everyone who played - it's been a bumper turnout. It really means a lot to us that you lot enjoy the game. Keep playing, and we'll keep doing it!
